This policy describes the handling of information in RUSH//COMMAND (the “App”). The App processes information needed to provide worldwide battles, rankings, stamina, Game Center integration, and optional rewarded advertising.
The App does not provide or require a separate RUSH//COMMAND account-registration form. It creates a random player ID on first launch. Apple Game Center is used to verify identity for official online play and may be used to restore linked progress. Completely offline CPU practice remains available without Game Center and does not synchronize stamina, rating, battle progress, rankings, or Game Center.
The App processes the random player ID and, when Game Center is used, a game-specific identifier issued through Apple Game Center. It stores gameplay and service data such as country or region code, selected fighter and deck, match input and timing, scores, results, ratings, national and world ranks, season and title history, stamina balance, referral or recovery-ticket use, rewarded-ad transaction status, and the transaction ID, product ID, and purchase date needed to verify in-app purchases. The App does not ask for a name, postal address, phone number, device address book, payment-card information, or precise GPS location. Apple processes all payments. Support email is provided voluntarily through the user's email app.
Settings such as the selected fighter, deck, language, and sound preferences are stored on the device. Information required for online battles, national and world rankings, stamina synchronization, progress restoration, and fraud prevention is sent to the App's servers. Game Center signed identity data is verified by the server when Game Center is used. The Game Center display name is not used as authentication.
The App uses Apple Game Center for iOS leaderboards, achievements, identity verification for official online play, optional progress linking, and recovery-ticket recipients. Only when you choose to send a recovery ticket, and after permission, the App loads Game Center friend display names and game-scoped identifiers on your device. The complete friend list is not stored on the App's server; only the selected recipient identifier is sent to bind that ticket to the intended recipient. Game Center is not required for completely offline CPU practice. Information handled by Game Center is also subject to Apple's applicable privacy terms and the choices available in iOS settings.
The App uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. It has no banner ads, automatic interstitial ads, or app-open ads. A full-screen rewarded ad is requested only when the user chooses stamina recovery or chooses to unlock a locked fighter. A completed recovery view restores 1 stamina, up to the maximum of 5; a completed fighter view unlocks only the selected fighter.
Advertising services may process device information, IP address, coarse location inferred from the network, device identifiers, ad impression and interaction data, and diagnostic or performance data for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. The App requests non-personalized ads. After the Google User Messaging Platform consent flow and before the advertising SDK is initialized, the App requests permission through App Tracking Transparency. If permission is denied, the main game remains available and IDFA is not provided to the advertising SDK. The Google Mobile Ads SDK privacy manifest included in the build declares Device ID for third-party advertising and analytics tracking purposes, and the App's store privacy disclosure reflects that SDK declaration.
Where a regional consent flow is required, Google User Messaging Platform is shown before the advertising SDK is initialized. Advertising privacy choices can be reopened from the in-game Settings where applicable. Rewarded-ad results are matched with the anonymous player ID, the selected reward purpose, and a one-time server intent, then validated through a signed server-to-server callback before any reward is granted. Information handled by Google is also subject to Google's applicable privacy terms.
Information is used to operate and synchronize the App, match players worldwide, verify match results, calculate national and world rankings and season history, restore linked progress, grant stamina and ad rewards, prevent duplicate rewards or other abuse, diagnose service problems, and respond to support or deletion requests.
Verified match results, ratings, rankings, season and title history, and fraud-prevention records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, preserve account history, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. A Code Battle phrase is hashed on the server and used only for temporary matchmaking; temporary queue records are deleted after waiting ends. On-device settings are removed when the App is deleted.
To request deletion of anonymous player data or linked Game Center data held by the App's server, email the contact below with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the player code. After identity verification, the operator will delete the associated data except for records that must be retained for applicable legal, security, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Where available, advertising choices can be changed through “Advertising Privacy” in the in-game Settings. Game Center can be signed out through iOS settings. Rewarded ads are optional; not watching one does not remove CPU practice or change battle performance. Network features such as worldwide matchmaking, national and world rankings, and stamina synchronization require a connection.
The App is not designed to intentionally collect a child's name, contact details, or precise location. Advertising category controls and maximum content-rating settings are configured for the App's confirmed store age rating. The final public age rating is the result shown by the current App Store Connect questionnaire.
If the App's data handling changes, this policy and the relevant store privacy disclosures will be updated.
